Pricing Transparent structure • No surprises

Pricing built around your store + fulfillment setup — not random one-off quotes.

Every program is different (public stores, internal uniform portals, fundraising drops, kits, bulk delivery). This page explains how pricing works so you know what to expect before we build.

Store setup • Fulfillment fees • Product costs • Shipping options

Simple pricing structure

We price fulfillment like a system: setup + per-order fulfillment + product cost + shipping. Some programs also include kitting and access controls.

Most common

Public store

For brands, fundraisers, schools, gyms, and organizations selling to the public.

  • Store setup + catalog build
  • Per-order pick/pack/QC
  • Ship-to-home or bulk delivery
  • Ongoing reorders

Private / internal store

For staff uniforms, member-only gear, departments, and controlled ordering.

  • Access restrictions (unlisted, password, approvals)
  • Locked product visibility
  • Role-based packing rules
  • Replacements + onboarding orders

Fundraising drops

For time-bound fundraising pushes with clean cutoffs and predictable fulfillment.

  • Deadline-based store window
  • Closeout + production plan
  • Bulk or ship-to-home options
  • Repeat for future campaigns
Good to know: product pricing depends on what you sell (garments, accessories, bundles), but the fulfillment pricing stays consistent because it’s driven by the process.

What affects your price

These are the levers that change cost (and how we keep it predictable).

1) Setup complexity

  • Number of products and variants
  • Access restrictions (if any)
  • Multiple groups (departments/chapters)
  • Policies (returns, exchanges, cutoffs)

2) Fulfillment complexity

  • Single-item orders vs bundles/kits
  • Inserts, labels, sorting rules
  • Ship-to-home vs bulk vs split
  • Special handling requirements

3) Order volume

  • Steady weekly volume vs seasonal spikes
  • Reorder frequency
  • Campaign drops (short windows)
  • Multiple locations

4) Product choices

  • Blank quality tier (budget vs premium)
  • Number of items in catalog
  • Accessory add-ons
  • Bundle combinations

Typical fee categories

These are the categories you’ll see in a quote. Exact numbers depend on your setup, but the structure stays the same.

Tip: If you want pricing to stay low, keep the catalog tight and the packing rules simple. Complexity is what drives cost.

Pricing FAQ

Quick answers to the stuff people worry about.

Do you have a minimum order?

It depends on your setup. For ongoing stores, we usually structure it so you can run cleanly without forcing big bulk buys. For deadline drops and bulk distribution, minimums may apply based on timeline and complexity.

Can supporters/customers pay for shipping?

Yes. Ship-to-home programs typically pass shipping to the customer at checkout. Bulk delivery can be handled differently.

How do you keep pricing predictable?

We lock the rules upfront: product list, who orders, distribution method, and packing requirements. That prevents surprise labor and last-minute changes.

Can you help us choose products that fit our budget?

Yes. We can recommend a tight lineup with a clear price tier (budget, mid, premium) so your store margins and supporter pricing make sense.
