Yes — and it can be truly locked down. We can restrict ordering through password-protected access, invite-only access, and/or approved user lists so only the people you want can place orders. We can also keep the store unlisted (not public / not searchable) and lock product visibility so users only see what you allow.

Can departments have different products?

Yes. Product sets and rules can be separated by department, team, or program.
